Here is an overview of the key steps leading up to the On Youth Camp, scheduled for 10 days starting October 24th, 2025.
Commitment & Confirmation (July - August 2025): Your participation is confirmed upon signing the agreement. Following this, you will receive an official confirmation of your spot.
Travel Planning ( September 2025 ): Approximately 1.5 month before the camp, you should begin arranging your travel to Zürich. We will provide guidance and suggested arrival information to assist you.
Pre-Camp Information Call Around October 10th, 2025): A comprehensive camp guide will be sent to you, with a call. This document will include the full schedule, coaching staff details, precise location information, emergency contacts, and a detailed packing list.
Gear Delivery (Around October 10th, 2025): Approximately two weeks before the camp, your On Youth Camp Package will be delivered at your place.
Camp Start (October 24th, 2025): Arrive at the On HQ in Zürich and we drive all together to St.Moritz in the late afternoon. The 10-day program begins today.
Camp End (November 2nd, 2025)
This ten days training camp including various activities provides middle & long distance young talents from different countries in Europe access to a professional training environment. The program gives athletes aged 15 to 18 a firsthand experience of what it is like to be a professional athlete.

Gym sessions - technique focused - body weight options are encouraged if required.
Running sessions - please consider and confirm the appropriate set amounts for your athlete. The coaches will adapt accordingly following personal advice and preference.

Emelia Gorecka is a former professional athlete who competed for Great Britain in various international youth and senior championships. Since retiring from professional running, Emelia has gained valuable coaching experience as a youth coach and teacher, and is currently working as a Brand Activation Specialist for On based in the UK.
Chris Thompson is an accomplished long-distance runner, having competed for Great Britain in two Olympic Games (2012 and 2020). He also earned a silver medal at the 2010 European Athletics Championships in the 10,000 meters.
Chris is genuinely passionate about helping kids develop their skills and love for running, and he'll be working alongside Emelia to make this camp a memorable experience for everyone.
For years, St.Moritz in the Swiss Alps has been one of the most popular summer residences for runners from all across the globe and used by numerous national teams as a base for their final preparations before major global championships.
The runners' Mecca in the heart of the Engadine is located at 1,800 metres above sea level and offers ideal conditions for high-altitude training of all kinds - whether on the athletics track, the Finn track or on the countless paths through the larch forests.
This incredible location is also home to On's European elite team, the On Athletics Club Europe (OAC).
